By accessing and using Graph Analyze, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Graph Analyze provides users with AI-driven market analysis, chart pattern recognition, and Smart Money Concepts (SMC) insights. These tools are for educational and informational purposes only. The Service is an automated software platform and does not include any human consulting, advisory, or deployment services.

3. No Financial Advice

The content provided by Graph Analyze does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a financial advisor or a broker-dealer. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 in certain jurisdictions) to use this service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Graph Analyze or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Graph Analyze's website.

6. Payment and Billing

Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you agree to Paddle's Terms and Privacy Policy.

Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis
• You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle
• We will notify you 7 days before any price changes
• Cancel anytime before renewal to avoid the next charge

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal via Paddle.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

1. We'll retry the payment up to 3 times
2. Your subscription will be marked as "Past Due"
3. After 7 days, your subscription will be canceled
4. You can update your payment method to reactivate

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription, go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription." Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Plan Changes

When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will be notified of the exact date and the new billing amount.

Credit Rollover

Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits from credit packs never expire.

7. Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with our service. If you are not happy with your subscription or credit pack purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@graphanalyze.com within the 14-day window. Please include your account email and transaction ID. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Paddle.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

8. Account Deletion and Data Removal

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Upon account deletion:

• Your account and all associated data will be scheduled for deletion
• Data will be permanently removed within 7 days
• Active subscriptions will be canceled (no refunds provided)
• Unused credits will be forfeited

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Graph Analyze, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Graph Analyze and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Graph Analyze operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
